Specifying message categories

The Keywords page contains options that specify category values to set in the vault property identified by Vault Property when specified keywords are found in imported messages.

To specify the message category options:

Start BCEmailManagerConfigurator.exe. By default, the file is located in the folder C:\Program Files\BC-Meridian\BlueCielo Email Manager.
Select an existing configuration file to edit and click Open or click Create new to create a new configuration file. The BlueCielo Email Manager Configuration window opens.
Click the Keywords tab. The Keywords options page appears.
Select options or type values using the descriptions in the following table.

Keywords options
Option	Description
Keywords	Type search keywords to use for categorizing messages. Click Advanced to specify advanced search criteria. Click Add to add new keyword category mappings.
Category set	Type a semicolon-delimited list of category values to assign to imported messages.

Click OK to save your changes.
